The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable and a mini fridge in the room. Has tea and coffee facilities and a variety of teas (Tetley, peppermint, camomile, and Earl grey) along with 2 sachets of good quality coffee and some UHT milk and also sugar. Also, 2 caramel wafers and a little candy cane on the pillow. We had room 316 next to the lift, which we didn't hear at all. The ensuite was very spacious and would recommend Staff were mainly helpful , and they refreshed your room daily. We didn't hear the pub next door either. They had secondary glazing, this worked perfectly Location was brilliant. A bit of a walk from the train station but easily done.

Loved the location,The room was perfect for a solo traveller..I loved the clean room the comfortable bed plus the Safe in the room was great to have. And the mini fridge came in handy to store bottled water in. The shower room was super modern and clean. And even though I was way up top of the building it was very peaceful. I really loved it and the ever so friendly ladies on the desk. Also I was very impressed by the offer to hold bags after checking out it left me hands free for the whole day before a late flight. Thank you so much guys I will be returning.

Was supposed to be in the single room but ended up being in the double room. Bed was amazingly comfortable, lots of room space, enough storage for one but maybe a little tight for two persons. TV was a very big smart tv, so good it was dangerous for a holiday where you’re supposed to go out and not stay and watch tv lol. Amazing location! Just outside Victoria street and a 5 minute walk from the Vennel viewpoint of the castle. Felt very safe (woman and alone) around the place even at night despite the area having pubs. Money was well beyond worth it.

The room was just the right size. Lovely view from the window. The bed was very comfortable. Liked the mini fridge and the wardrobe had plenty of storage. Good tea and coffee facilities. Curtains kept the room dark enough to sleep in. Tv was really big. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes around plus a corner shop that's open till midnight (but doesn't sell booze fyi). Excellent location.

Location is great, close to the centre of town and lots of food places around. We did have an issue with hot water on our first night, after a long day of travel, but the wonderful staff member Amy, did not rest until she got it sorted for us. We got complimentary breakfast for the hassle. Cannot thank Amy enough for her patience and perseverance!
